On the Margins: Low pay or no pay

The theme is low pay, non-employment and transitions between these states, including consideration of such issues as - minimum wages, insecure employment, wage subsidies, unemployment traps and the interaction of taxes and benefits, Basic Income and the informal economy.

The conference will include the Radical Statistics AGM.
On Saturday evening there will be a group social and meal at The George, 213, The Strand (Oliver Goldsmith's and Sam Johnson's local). Food will include fish and a range of vegetarian options.
